Ingredients
2 cups
apple juice, cranberry or grape juice, for ice cubes
14 cup
Scarlet O Tea leaves, or tea leaves of your choice
2 cups
water
2 cups
peeled and sliced fresh fruit (berries, oranges, kiwi, pears or apples)
1 12 cups
apple juice, cranberry or grape juice
1 12 cups
red wine, white wine, or sparkling wine

Preparation
  1. Freeze first 2 cups of juice in an Iceberg Mold.
  2. Simmer tea leaves and water in a Multipurpose pot over medium heat for 7 minutes. Strain into a pitcher and allow to cool before refrigerating.
  3. Before serving, add fruit juice ice cubes, fruit, and juice to pitcher. Serve in chilled glasses.
